Our Services

Assessment

You are not sure what is possible with your current set-up? Book an assessment where we take a look at your infrastructure and processes. You will receive a comprehensive report on how you can benefit from anomaly detection.

Solution Development

You are looking for a custom solution that you can implement yourself? We provide consulting on all aspects: design, delivery, implementation and maintenance of anomaly detection algorithms.

Pipeline Deployment

Your IT departments needs support to implement and maintain a solution? We make sure your analytics pipeline keeps delivering - fully integrated horizontally sensors-to-insights and vertically edge-to-cloud.

Why OKYA?

Tailor-Made

We ingest the sensor feeds, PLC logs, and quality metrics you already collect and build customized models that fit your machines and your processes like a glove - no generic templates.

Instant Alerts

Anomalies trigger real‑time notifications (SMS, email, dashboard) the moment a vibration, temperature, or throughput deviates - so operators can intervene before a defect spreads.

Agile Service

Our consulting team works side‑by‑side, iterating models as you introduce new equipment or shift production runs, ensuring the solution evolves with your plant.

Privacy‑First

All data processing, storage, and analytics run on ISO 27001 certified servers located exclusively in the European Union, fully GDPR compliant - no data sharing with big tech.

Cost‑Effective

Subscription pricing scales with the number of monitored assets, keeping ROI high without the heavyweight enterprise price tag. No bloat, you only pay for the services you really need.

Use Cases

Process Quality Monitoring

Identify deviations from a target curve created by machine learning to monitor quality and diagnose problems in real-time.- screw fastening (torque-angle)
- welding (voltage-current)
- injection moulding (cavity pressure)
- metal forming/stamping (force-stroke)
- pumps/compressors (head-flow)
- rotating equipment (vibration signature)

Predictive Maintenance

Sensors on motors, bearings, conveyors, CNC machines, etc., generate vibration, temperature, acoustic and power‑draw signals. By learning normal operating patterns, algorithms can flag early signs of wear, lubrication loss, misalignment or impending failure—often days or weeks before a breakdown occurs.Early detection allows for preventive maintenance actions that reduce downtime and increase productivity.

Energy Management

Smart meters and sub‑panel sensors track electricity, gas or compressed‑air usage at granular intervals. Deviations from expected consumption patterns can reveal equipment inefficiencies, leaks, or unauthorized loads.By detecting unusual spikes or drops in energy consumption, it's possible to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Our History

Okya s.r.o. is a limited liability company, which was founded in 1993 in Prague, Czech Republic. For more than three decades we supplied wireless‑network technology to private and commercial customers, building a reputation for reliable hardware and customer service excellence. In 2025 the original founder retired and the company passed to new leadership with Lars Marstaller and Filipe Cunha becoming co‑directors. Both have extensive experience in the automotive sector, having designed, implemented, and maintained anomaly‑detection solutions for Porsche AG.Recognising a need for anomaly detection in the wider manufacturing market, they redirected Okya’s focus. Okya's new mission is to provide a cost‑effective, high‑quality service that helps manufacturers detect equipment issues early, reduce downtime and waste, and to improve efficiency - all while staying compliant with EU data‑privacy regulations. The vision for Okya is to become the leading provider of affordable, reliable anomaly‑detection services for SME manufacturers across Europe.
